Synergy: COVID-19

Musings!

We just wanted to touch base to give you an update on our operations during the current situation.

COVID-19 is affecting us all regardless of our walk of life. Because we need to work together to stay safe, we wanted to reassure you of the steps we are taking at Synergy.

Covid 19

The safety and wellbeing of our staff, customers and suppliers is a top priority

Any member of staff who is unwell, even slightly, is going to stay at home. This also applies if they have a poorly family member. If they’re up to it, they can work from home – so don’t be surprised if you hear barking dogs, noisy kids and parcel delivery drivers in the background!

Supporting you

The world is a very different place from even a week ago and we know from talking to a number of clients that many of you feel the same. We understand you’re facing an unprecedented challenge and your priorities have shifted.

More than ever, we need to navigate this situation together. If there are things you need from us or any additional ways we can support you, please do reach out and let us know.

Business continuity

Our unique approach means that our supply chain is robust and we can quickly make changes to ensure minimum disruption in the event of any production site closures.

Like many businesses, you may be considering implementing remote-working plans. We have cancelled all face to face meetings and non-essential travel. We will be holding video conferences in place of this so if you would like to chat through a project just let me know and we can get a zoom meeting, screen share or teleconference booked in. We’re here to help and raring to keep going.

As a business, we’re making decisions on a daily basis and things are currently ‘business as usual’. We are continuing to keep operations going in partnership with our supply chain and everyone is pulling together with work going out of the door as usual.

Our office, creative and digital teams are working remotely and all office functions are unaffected. The team will be available as usual to offer you the same guidance and support with your current, on-going and future marketing and print projects.

Our mailing house and warehousing teams are operating ‘business as usual’ in line with COVID-19 preventative guidance from the Government and the NHS.

Planning for the future

The coming weeks may present an opportunity to take stock and ensure that plans are in place to come out of this stronger and hit the ground running when the country gets back to normal.
