Brazilian Airline, TAM, has created one of the most engaging personalised magazines we have ever come across. By gathering additional information from Facebook profiles during the purchase process, TAM Airlines managed to create unique copies of their on-board magazine for each individual passenger.
Passengers boarded the plane to find their own personalised magazine on their seat. After they got over the fact that their picture featured on the cover, they actually discovered a highly customised magazine featuring articles that the airline knew would be of interest to them because of their Facebook profile – places visited, likes, pictures etc.
A very clever use of print which resulted in an increased reading time of 1200%!!
